General Terms and Conditions of Travel – ANEO d.o.o.
1. INTRODUCTION
These General Terms and Travel Regulations are an integral part of the Agreement, or Voucher, between ANEO d.o.o., Novi Vinodolski, Korzo hrvatskih branitelja 7 (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") and the travel contractor (hereinafter referred to as "Passenger" or "Customer"). They define the conditions under which the Agency provides services and establish the legal obligations of both parties.
The Agency offers accommodation services and provides accurate information valid on the date of booking.
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to:
- Users of the Agency's website.
- The Agency’s accommodation services and their interaction with clients.
The Agency assumes no responsibility for website inaccessibility, technical interruptions, or inability to complete transactions. The website's content is not guaranteed to be free of viruses or harmful components.
Additionally, the Agency may provide links to partner websites, and the use of these sites is entirely at the user’s own risk. The Agency is not responsible for the content, availability, or use of these external sites.
Bookings for hotels and resorts via the Agency’s website are subject to the specific Terms of Use for those accommodations.
Descriptions of accommodation units are based on official categorization and onsite assessments. Accommodation standards vary and are not universally comparable. Information provided directly in the Agency’s office holds no greater validity than that published on the website.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
Accommodation bookings may be made electronically, by mail, or via phone. By booking, the Customer confirms familiarity with and acceptance of these General Terms, making them legally binding for both parties.
Key Booking and Payment Terms
- Customers must provide all required booking information.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. Full payment at the time of booking is also possible.
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a Confirmation of Reservation issued by the Agency.
- Bookings can only be made by adults. Guests must hold valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) and assume responsibility for entry into foreign countries.
- Registered guests are the only individuals permitted to stay in reserved accommodation. Unauthorized guests are not allowed without prior permission.
3. HOW TO BOOK
Guests may book accommodation through:
- Inquiry: Guests outline preferences (e.g., location, parking, Wi-Fi) and receive personalized recommendations. Reservations are finalized upon payment of a 30% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
- Online Booking: Customers agree to the General Terms during the booking process and proceed with payment. Payment details and the required advance amount are clearly displayed on the website.
3.1. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS
3.1.1. Payment Conditions
- Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.
- Payment currency: Displayed on the Proforma Invoice.
- Payments are processed securely via a protected server.
- Refunds are not available unless otherwise specified.
- Inability to charge the credit card may result in reservation cancellation.
3.1.2. Personal Data Protection
The Agency collects and securely stores only the data required for fulfilling obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel, and privacy principles are strictly observed.
3.1.3. Stripe Payment Processing
The Agency uses Stripe for secure payment processing, adhering to PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and GDPR standards. Customer data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL certificates and TLS 1.2 protocol.
3.1.4. Personal Data Transfer Protection
Stripe processes personal data solely for authorization and payment purposes in compliance with GDPR and PCI DSS regulations.
4. PRICE LIST
Accommodation prices, listed in Euros, include basic services as described. Prices may be adjusted due to currency fluctuations or provider changes but are guaranteed for confirmed reservations with paid deposits.
Additional costs (e.g., residence tax, air conditioning) will be disclosed on the website.
5. THE AGENCY’S RIGHT TO CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
The Agency reserves the right to modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternative accommodations of equal or higher value may be offered. If no suitable alternative is available, the reservation may be canceled with a full refund.
6. THE CUSTOMER'S RIGHT TO CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
Changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund, minus banking fees.
- 29–7 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount retained, plus fees.
- 7–1 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount retained, plus fees.
- No-show: 100% of the total amount retained.
7. INSURANCE OF CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Customers are advised to obtain cancellation insurance. The Agency provides necessary documentation but is not responsible for insurance policy terms.
8. COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted onsite. Guests are required to cooperate with the Agency to resolve issues. Compensation, if granted, is limited to the cost of the service affected.
9. LEGAL NOTICE
The Agency prioritizes user privacy, collects only essential booking data, and ensures data confidentiality.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information is used strictly for service fulfillment and marketing purposes, with the option to opt out of marketing communications.
11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is stored securely and shared only with partners involved in service delivery.
12. LIMITATION ON PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE
This website is for personal use only. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited.
13. PROPERTY
Website content is owned by ANEO d.o.o.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Agency reserves the right to modify website content and prices without prior notice.
15. PROHIBITED USE
Use of the website for illegal activities is strictly forbidden.
